ABP has invested in the new European Fund from Energy Impact Partners (EIP) via its asset management firm APG. The fund targets companies that participate in driving the net zero economy. The fund has raised €390 million, and the funds will be invested in technologies that support the push to net zero.  

ABP has recently invested in the new European Fund from Energy Impact Partners (EIP), which targets companies that participate in driving the net zero economy. EIP is a VC based in the US supporting the transition to a sustainable future.   

ABP made the investment via its asset management arm, APG.  

The fund has raised €390 million, and the funds will be invested in technologies that support the push to net zero. 

Other investors, besides ABP, and partners in the fund include Électricité de France Group via corporate venture capital vehicle, EDF Pulse Ventures, Microsoft’s Climate Innovation Fund, Shell Ventures, AGL Energy Ltd, and TrønderEnergi AS, amongst others.
