Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, the world’s largest asset manager in greenfield renewable energy, has closed its CI Energy Transition Fund 1 at €3 billion. The fund was oversubscribed on strong demand from institutional investors from multiple regions: Nordics; Europe; Asia Pacific; and North America. The 65 institutional investors participating are mainly pensions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, asset managers, and life insurance companies.
