Leni Boeren, the former CEO of Kempen Capital Management N.V. and Van Lanschot Kempen N.V executive board member, will be appointed by the general meeting of shareholders, after which the Supervisory Board will appoint Boeren to the remuneration and nominating committee.
The Dutch Central Bank (DNB) has already approved the proposed appointment. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders is required for the appointment and will be convened in due course.
Before her positions at Van Lanschot, Boeren was chair and member of the management board of Robeco Groep N.V., member of the Executive Committee of Euronext N.V., as well as a member of the board of directors of Amsterdam Exchanges N.V.. She has also held various positions at Rabobank and Paribas.
Currently, Boeren chairs Ohpen’s supervisory board of Ohpen, is a member of the board of Stichting Administratiekantoor Koninklijke Brill, is an independent member of the board of directors of Air France-KLM, and member of the supervisory board of Tata Steel Nederland.
